Well the easy part is over.

Ike had his tonsils out this morning and is now asleep. Lots of crying and screaming (as much as someone who just had his tonsils removed can do) in the recovery. It took awhile to convince him to take the tylenol with codeine, but he finally did and is now sleeping.

Now to get through the next few days.

So I was feeling a bit discouraged considering that the month of November was pretty much a write off. Then I counted up the number of school days we've had since we started. 64. We are 1/3 the way through the school year (CA requires 180 days). Okay, I guess we've done a bit.
